Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with IPTV UK. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.

1. Try before you buy

Our free 24-hour trial lets you test every channel and feature on your own devices before you pay, so you know exactly what you are getting.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you order to cancel. Because the service starts straight away at your request, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund the price minus a fair amount for the days you have used.

3. Service problems

If the service does not work on a supported device and our support team cannot fix it within 48 hours of you telling us, we refund the unused part of your plan in full.

4. When refunds are not available

• More than 14 days after your order, unless there is an unresolved service problem.
• Problems caused by your internet connection, device or third-party apps.
• Accounts closed for sharing, reselling or breaking the acceptable use rules.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp through the website, or by email at . Tell us your username and the reason. We reply within 2 working days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Cancelling your plan

Plans never renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel at the end. Simply do not renew.
