- Developer Options is missing
- Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About and click your Fire TV’s name 7 times.
- Downloader won’t install the app
- Check that Install unknown apps is on for Downloader and that your Fire TV has free storage.
- The picture buffers
- Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter, then restart the Fire TV and your router.

Common problems
- The app isn’t in my TV’s store
